This is a long overdue review, but I bought a mug this Christmas for my girlfriend who had lost her mom. I found a sticky note her mom had left before she passed that read “love you!” Gemma went above and beyond on this order, was communicative, thoughtful, and handled this special gift with love and care. The look on my girlfriend’s face when she opened this present was more than I could ask for. I can’t recommend this product enough!
