Clay Workshops
Step into a cozy, welcoming space and discover the joy of working with clay. Our hands-on clay workshops are perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike—no prior experience needed. You'll learn foundational techniques like hand-building, pinching, coiling, and slab construction, all while creating your own one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces.
In a relaxed and supportive environment, we’ll explore the beauty of imperfection, the meditative rhythm of shaping clay, and the magic of transforming earth into art. Whether you’re making a small bowl, a mug, or a sculptural form, you’ll leave with a deeper connection to the material and something made entirely by you.
Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a creative date. All materials and tools are provided—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get a little muddy.
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Mission District, San Francisco
Included: All materials, tools and shipping
Once you are done building your pieces and they dry completely, I will bisque fire, glaze and glaze fire them, and ship to you 3-4 weeks after.
* This is not a wheel throwing class. All pieces are made using hand-building techniques.
*Due to the unpredictable nature of clay and the firing process, I cannot guarantee the final outcome of your piece. While I take great care in handling and firing all work, I am not responsible for any cracks, warping, or other kiln-related changes. Embracing the surprises of the kiln is part of the beauty of ceramics!
I hope it will bring joy and warmth to your home and heart!
